The FENCY Balcony Table gives your balcony an XL feeling! In collaboration with Tolhuijs Design, Balkonbar has introduced the FENCY Balcony Table to the world. The balcony table is foldable and made of recycled materials, making the product contribute to a circular economy.
Product information
The FENCY Balcony Table is delivered as a package containing a wall rack measuring 80 x 40 cm, a set of Frake Platowood (insert link to platowood) planks, a bracket set and mounting materials (2 tension straps, 2 steel cables with hook & 4 tie-wraps).
Good to know is that the Balcony Table fits on almost every balcony railing (closed railings such as walls and glass railings excluded). If you are not sure about this, you can send us an email with a photo of your balcony. We will be happy to help you make the right choice.
The fencing of the FENCY Balcony Table forms the basis and can be expanded with various accessories. The fencing has had a previous life as safety fencing along the railway, among other things. Due to new safety requirements or replacement, existing safety fencing becomes redundant. We give these discarded fencing a second life as a balcony table or wall rack. In social workshops and prisons, the fencing is first cut to size, then cleaned and then coated in various colours.
The FENCY balcony table can be expanded with shelves (Fraké Platowood wood) for more decoration and storage pleasure. You can choose from 4 sizes (insert link)
The shelves can be hung on the rack using the supplied hanging hooks. These hooks were originally going to be thrown away in the factory where they are used for powder coating, which is why this one is half coated with a colour. We saved them from the waste bin and collected them to be able to reuse them.
Platowood Fraké has a sleek, stylish and exotic look. The chalk stripes and pinholes that can occur with Platowood Fraké, give the wood a characteristic appearance. Due to platonisation, the wood is low-maintenance and does not need to be finished when used outdoors. The wood will then naturally grey under the influence of the weather in a silvery shade. Linseed oil slows down this greying process.
