Nest box wren

No garden should be without a nesting box. This basic nesting box with pure materials offers the Wren a good place to nest and to maintain or restore populations of this bird species in an area. In winter, the nesting box often proves to be a good service for the birds to shelter from bad weather. Place the nesting box on a tree or wall, at a height of up to 2 metres, in a well-hidden place between dense shrubs or ivy plants, in a quiet and somewhat sheltered place, so not directly in the sun or on the rainy side, with a free flight path for the bird. In connection with the territory of the birds, hang the nesting box at least 10 metres away from nesting boxes intended for the same type of bird and at least 3 metres away from feeding houses.
