Warranty Scheme
The warranty scheme below applies in addition to the statutory rights. The following conditions apply:



Warranty conditions:

1. The product you purchased from Kooprijk/Vogelhuisjestore/Balkonstore/Robotmaaiers is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for a period after the date of purchase (we therefore recommend that you keep the invoice), unless the law urgently prescribes otherwise;
2. If a defect occurs within the specified warranty period as a result of material and/or manufacturing errors (at the discretion of Kooprijk), Kooprijk will, at its discretion, carry out the repair free of charge or replace the item;
3. Repair or replacement does not entail a renewal and/or extension of the warranty period;
4. No claim under warranty can be made if the product has been treated roughly or improperly, has been repaired by parties other than Kooprijk or the product has been neglected;
5. In the case of warranty repairs, the postage costs for shipments to Kooprijk and returns to the customer are borne by Kooprijk;
6. When sending replacement products, the postage costs of the shipment will be borne by Kooprijk.
