Bees and other pollinating insects are not doing well. This is a bad thing since bees are responsible for pollinating almost 90% of flowering plants in the wild and 75% of major crops. If there are no more bees, this will have a major impact on the availability of many fruits, vegetables and nuts. How can bees and other insects be helped? Provide nectar plants and shelters. This way bees and insects have a better chance of survival.
