Echoes Birdbath

Echoes Bird Bath is one of our best selling designs. It is made from frost resistant glazed terracotta and has a subtle green melange colour. The bird bath has a ribbed step design which is visually appealing and functional by providing extra grip/hold for wild birds.

The quote on the rim is from the poet William Blake.

'To see the world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.'

The bird bath comes complete with 3 glass mounting feet, which raise the bath slightly above the ground. This prevents frost damage, just like your garden pots.

Birds need a good view while bathing. Choose a spot that is visible to birds in other parts of the garden so that they notice the availability. All the better if that location also offers a good view for bird watching.

If the bath is too exposed, birds may not use it. Nearby shelter, such as bushes or trees, provide perfect places to escape if they feel threatened. But don't place it so close that predators can easily hide and attack.
