Insect hotel Natuurmonumenten for bees and ladybirds

Bees and ladybirds are an important part of our ecosystem. They function as natural pest control, help pollinate plants and are an important food source for animals higher up in the food chain. In this combination box, one section is specially designed as an insect hotel for solitary bees. The special, slanted horizontal slots also make the insect hotel suitable for ladybirds.

Tip: Place the insect box up to 1.5 high, in a sheltered, sunny spot facing south. Preferably in a flowery environment.

This product has been developed in collaboration with Natuurmonumenten and is part of a complete range of Red List plants, native flower bulbs, flower seed mixtures and insect hotels.
