Robust bat box
Bats are not only true artists when it comes to flying, but are also important for the preservation of the ecosystem. The animals are true insect eaters & hibernate because they have a shortage of food during this period. With the bat house you give the animals a shelter for the winter. In spring and autumn many species are on migration. Then the bat box can be temporarily inhabited by migrants. The untreated & rough wood give the bats something to hold on to.
The bat box has a green roof and is provided with a drawing of a black bat, which makes it fun to see.

Tips for hanging the bat house
- Hanging on trees or facades of houses
- If possible, hang the cabinet high - a height of 4 m is recommended
- Choose a sunny spot where the bat box is protected from the wind
- The cabinets should receive morning and afternoon sun
- Remove obstacles such as branches within a radius of approx. 2 m
- When there are multiple houses, keep a distance of approx. 5 m
