The Georgetown Bird Table is our own design and is made from high quality FSC certified pine with a slate roof. It has a classic profile and the use of slate gives it a first class finish.
Another important thing about this feeding table is that it is higher than average, so that cats have a harder time reaching it and birds can't get scared, and it is perfectly proportioned to keep the weight balanced. This makes this feeding table sturdier than others.
The Georgetown Bird Table requires simple assembly to connect the main parts together; all screws and nails are included.
The table has a lip on one side to facilitate cleaning. There are drainage holes in the bottom to allow excess water to drain away, keeping food fresh.
We recommend placing the bird table by a window so you can see the birds coming and going. However, it is important to choose a relatively sheltered spot away from the direction of the strongest wind.
